We offer standard NZ shipping via NZ Post or CourierPost. Orders over $70 NZD qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $70 NZD incur a flat rate shipping fee displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receipt Monday to Friday.
AUSTRALIA
We ship to Australia. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the customer's responsibility. Shadey Cosmetics has no control over customs clearance times or fees.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery via the carrier's website. If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@shadey.co.nz.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your building manager. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for orders that are lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
